Saran Balaji C is a skilled Software Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently working as an SDE 2 at Microsoft, he has previously worked with some of the top companies in the industry, including Amazon and Zoho. During his tenure at Zoho, Saran worked on a product called CommandCenter, which helped users integrate with other applications, create a customer journey, and monitor it. He developed and released a feature called CommandCenter in Zoho CRM and moved the feature as a microservice, consuming it to develop a standalone product with the help of other CRM microservices such as workflow and triggers. He also developed and maintained reusable loosely coupled components for both CRM and CommandCenter and worked on improving the performance of the product. Saran has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University and completed his schooling from Kaligi Ranganathan Montford.
